Hello!!, It's hard to take in that we graduated from KHS 62 years ago. And having reached this point in time, have memories of a lifetime. How different everything is today, and how naive we were when we graduated back in 1959. I don't think that school prepared us for the future but it was a different time for everyone especially women. Moving on, I worked at different jobs, married a great guy, bought a home in Bridesburg (Northeast Phila.) (still here) had four children went back to school, did a lot of volunteer work in the community and politics and became editor of our local paper. When my husband died, thank God a daughter gave me my fourth grandchild which helped me through the grief. But the little one grew much to fast, and my new job as her babysitter ended when she went to school, In looking for something to fill the empty days, I became a teachers assistant in a first grade classroom.
