Helen's Story
Hi everyone, I have had a busy life I guess you would say. I married in 1962 and had 2 wonderful daughters. I was a stay at home mom for quite a few years, did some part time office work and in 1978 took a position with Wadleigh's Fuel Co. as a girl friday. I retired from that job in 2003 as Manager of Wholesale Operations. I loved it there and had a great career. I have 2 grandchildren, Debbie had Cameron, he is 17 and Emily, she is 14. a year or so. I worked at the Christmas Tree Shops for 2 l/2 years part time after retiring and I go to Florida for the month of April every year. I sold my house in 2008 and I now rent a apartment on Parkwood Dr. I can look out the window and watch someone else do all the shoveling and mowing. That is o.k. with me. Love it here. I am very lucky there is 5 sisters and brothers and they are all well and around the area, Augusta, Gardiner, Bangor and one 1/2 year in California. Great to have family. Looking forward to our 50th class reunion in 2010. See you there..Helen
