Henry Beltran:  

After high school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps, married fellow classmate, Myrna Bennett, served a tour of duty in Vietnam, graduated from Cal State Hayward with a B.A. in history. Then, I was a police officer in Fremont, California, and later moved to Utah where I worked for the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office. We had four sons, two daughters, and I now have 17 grandchildren. I retired in December 2009 after 32 years of service as a Sergeant for the Sheriff's Office. (My marriage to Myrna lasted 15 years, but did not survive the rigors of my law enforcement career.) I met my wife, Debby, at a church dance nine years ago and we have been dancing ever since. We are very active in the LDS Church and I have served as an LDS Bishop and in many other church callings (assignments). My life has been an interesting ride, kind of like the wooden roller coaster at Santa Cruz, with many highs and a few lows. I'm looking forward to meeting all...Expand for more
