Lynn's Story
Music has always been an important part of my life. I have played professionally since Jr. High School. Bass guitar, saxophone, percussion, and all the high brass are my main instruments. Living and playing music both in Las Vegas and at the beach in San Diego (PB), I can't complain.
I married my musical partner Carol in 1982 and was divorced in 1999. Not a bad run, although I don't recommend 24/7 with your spouse. I do not have any children...yet. I have been enjoying meeting new people and locating old friends. Surfing, beach sports, golf, and disc golf are some of my favorite activities. UPDATE FALL 2006: I think I wrote that first part in 2001. For the last 3 years my main performances have been at the Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. That's right, the Hofbrauhaus from Munich Germany built one in Las Vegas. I just happened to have a Bavarian Show from the old Excalibur Hotel days. I perform at Hofbrauhaus every Friday and Saturday night and every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. So if you ever hear about the crazy guy playing the Swiss Alphorn upside down in Vegas, that's me. Come see me on your next trip to Vegas. Hofbrauhaus is on the same intersection as the Hard Rock Hotel.
With four days off each week, I have been traveling a little more. I went to Hawaii for the first time, San Diego every other week of course since I live there part-time, and yes even Delaware to see my Mom, 2 sisters and brother. My Dad and stepmom moved to Vegas 8 years ago. Check announcements to find out when I will be in Delaware. I would love to reconnect with you.

d friends. Things are still going strong at the Hofbrauhaus even in this economy. Unfortunately, my Mom passed away July 2008 after a long illness. I just returned from Delaware where I, my brother, and two sisters surprised my Dad for his 75th birthday. There were over a hundred people there at Bellevue State Park. I will be visiting Delaware again before this summer is over. Maybe I can meet some of you at Stanley's. I invite all of you to make me your friend on F***book. UPDATE FALL 2010: I had stopped my Classmates GOLD membership for a while, but I am back. On face book my name is Johann Lynn Hetrick. Please friend me so we can stay in touch more often. I am still doing my music show at Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. I have had the same girlfriend for over a year. She is direct from Germany, so we speak mostly German at home. Everything, luckily, is still the same!
I am still with my German Girlfriend now more than 10 years. My show at Hofbrauhaus is now in the 16th year without a week off. I have had many classmates/friends come see me in Vegas and I appreciate each and every one of you.

On this Mon. 9/13/10 at 6:30PM my girlfriend and I will be at Matilda's Restaurant located on 896 near I95 in Newark Delaware to party with old friends and family. If you are living anywhere near by please come say hello. We will also be in town through thursday, so if you can't make it on Mon., maybe we could hook up on one of the other days.
