Hilda's Story
Life
I like to garden and do special projects around the house.
We like to travel a lot. Always enjoying time with family and friends.
I am 3 times survivor of cancer ovarian and twice breast. Just finish my treatment of ovarian cancer and breast cancer 2008. I am doing great today's day is Oct. 24,2008.
We are getting ready for the holiday!!!
I love Christmas and decorating the whole house inside and outside.

Just got back from Puerto Rico with my
dad to visit family. It was really nice to get away from the cold weather. My son graduated from college last May 2009 and has a degree in Chemistry/Business and now is going for his degree in Pharmacy. My daughter will graduate in May as a nurse. We are very proud of both of
them. Our oldest daughter made us
grandparents on January 6, a little
boy. We our so excited he is so cute.
I had a miracles on December 29,2009.Like the old saying goes,
give someone lemons and you make lemonade.
God just gave our family a miracle today!. I went to the doctor's today
to have my chemo, they started some of the medicine. I was all hooked
up already going, when the nurse came in and said, that my CA-125
was normal. The count had gone down to 33(Normal is 0-35). So she left
the room to tell the doctor, then she came back and told us that the
doctor had to look at my Pet Scan and Ct-Scan again...Expand for more
and talk to the
other doctor on the case. Before they could precede on the chemo,
we waited about two hours and the doctor came and explain everything to
us.Then told us that I would not be having chemo at all. The spot
they saw on my lymph node was so small, that they could not do a
biopsy on it at this time. Since my CA-125 had been going up and found
the spot on my lymph node they though I had cancer again. Now with all your prays and God Miracles I was free to go home and have a wonderful New Year
with my family and friends. She will be checking on me in four weeks.
God works in miracles! and we need to believe in him, he is Our Father!!!
Believe in miracles, get outside everyday and enjoy life. Miracles are
waiting for you everywhere.So far everything looks good.
This year my husband and I will have
25 years of being married silver anniversary. Bye for now God Bless!!

Live the dream! Today is my birthday and I am 55 years old. God has given me another Miracle I had cancer again May, 2010. Had surgery on June 24, 2010 and was given chemo until December 3, 2010 this was all done in California. I was able to make it home to Indiana and have Christmas with the kids. It was beautiful to be home for the holidays.
Just when on a road trip to WI, MN and Il for 10 days and had a great time. Just living life to the fullest.
