Shani's Story
Life
In 1983 I moved to Michigan, I met my 1st Husband and helped him in his night club busnesses, we divorced in 1996. I had my son Tyler in Sept. 1998 ( yes I was 37 yr old) then meet my husband Dick and married in June 2000. My husband is the only Dad Tyler knows, nobody would know that Tyler wasn't made from him, he is very kind, and good natured. In Dec. 2005 he had a very server stroke, his left side is paralized, and he has a hard time saying what is on his mind. With the Lords help and our great familys we get threw all.
We have a small farm, we have 2 Belgin draft horses, 3 dogs, Allie is a 7 yr old Lab ( that don't like the water ) Dollie is a 5 yr old Border Collie ( she hereds the horses ) and Red is a 2 yr old Blood Hound ( he is just HUGE )
then we have the pigs,(who won't be around long and get there names reused every year) Bacon, sausage,Hamlet,pork chop.
Before Dicks stroke I would go deer and turkey hunting every year and I was usually successful, I really miss that.
Well that is my life up to now and it's going good.
I would like to here from anyone that remembers me.
UPDATE: MY LIFE ACT 2
April 15 2009 Dick passed away and went to heaven on the wings of Angels, he pass...Expand for more
ed very peaceful in his sleep. He has visted 3 times so far and it's a great comfort.
Tyler and I will be fine, this is one of many Acts in my life. Keep the prayers comming!
UPDATE:
Well alot has happened in almost a yr.
This summer Tyler and I did a road Trip.
We Hit 22 states in 6wk. ( I have 2 states to hit Hawaii and Vermont and I will have seen every state including Porta Rico and US virgin Islands ) we hit Sturgis durring the start of bike week, spent a 10 days in South Dakota ( what a great place) we went all the way up to Glacier in Montaina, and all the way down to Az. were I got to see Renee LaChance, It was so wonderful to see her I missed her over the years.
Tyler liked Wy. the most he wants to live there. To cold for me nice place to visit.
Just after my birthday in Dec. I closed on our new home, Had to leave the farm it was just to much to keep up,so we went from 3br full basement and 26 acres to a 2br crall space 1.5 acres, Tyler has found a friend next door so he is happy, so all is good
I must confess I had a melt down when the first peice of furniture went out of the farm house, It was like Dick died all over again, It HURT SO BAD.
So now it's a new year and new begining.
