Kristin's Story

Life After HS I attended NAU and got my BS in Exercise science. I have been a successful personal trainer in AZ since '94. I also spend some time training and racing in valley events, such as 1/2 marathons and triathlons. This year I will be competing in my second 1/2 ironman distance triathlon. 2 children. I have a daughter who will be 5 in Nov., and a son who will be 3 in Jan. They are the love of my life, and I am extremely blessed to be their mom. When I'm not working, or training, I am just loving life, and trying to take it at the same pace as my children. I have learned quite a bit from them, and continue to learn everyday.
