Nancy's Story

I moved to Southern Cal in 1968 after college at MCC. Graduated from CSULB in 1981 in history. Married Fred in 1981 and had RK in 1982. Moved back desert in Palm Springs-in 1988 and had Brandon in 1989 and Chris in 1991. Stay-at-home-Mom until 2000 and began teaching high school English at Cathedral City HS. (three week) battle with cancer in December of 2009. The boys and I miss him every day, but he always taught us to move forward and cherish our memories. I finished my Master's in February and still teach English at CCHS. My oldest is married almost three years and lives in San Diego. My middle son lives in San Diego also and my youngest is almost 21 and lives here in the Desert. I love reading updates on Classmates.com and am also on Facebook.
