Holly McHale:  

I am a Graduate of Gallistel (68), St. Francis De Sales (72), and Quincy University (College) (76). I was married to Patrick McHale in 1984 and remained his wife until 2011. Unfortunately, he had cancer and succumbed to it in September 2011. We never had any children, but I do have two grandchildren (from Pat's son from a previous marriage). They are Alex (22 years old) and Kyle Patrick (15). They live in Boca Raton, FL, so I do not get to see them as often as I would like. Patrick and I moved to Saint Cloud, FL, in August of 2003, due to his health issues. The climate here really helped him overcome the numerous surgeries and reconstructions he had, due to his cancer. Oh and YES, we were here for the three hurricanes, Charley, Frances, and Jeanne. The eye of each of the storms were right here. Very scary and a lot of damage to our house. It took months to get a new roof on the house and the pool cage was not replaced for a year, due to lack of materials and manpower. Everything has since been repaired, and life goes on! I started my teaching career as a teacher's aide in Harvey, Illinois, (The District Developmental Center) and was there for a year.
