Howard's Story
Life
I was married in 1988 to Penelope Barber of Memphis, Tennessee. We were married in St. Louis. We have two children: David and Rachel. Currently we are taking Taekwondo as a family and have achieved Yellow Belt rank.

Workplace
I have been an ordained, fulltime United Methodist Pastor since 1988. I have served churches in Missouri and Illinois. Currently I am the pastor of the Oblong Evangelical United Methodist Church in Oblong, Illinois. It is a town of 1600 {yeah, less people than Ritenour had when we were there}. The church has about 160 members and almost 90 of them show up every week.
