t what it used to be. Hope to connect with old high school buddies. To the here and now...married with two sons, working in law enforcement for 20 years. Working out like crazy...triathlons and running until my knee blew out last year. Trying to make a come back...rehab the knee, lose some weight...blah, blah blah.
