Howard's Story
Moving to Las Vegas, NV in 1965, I am now a 44 year resident. I spent most of the first 17 years in the casino business as a dealer, box man and floor man. I found a real interest in landscaping and have been a state licensed landscape contractor for the past 27 years. My four years of art has paid off big time. I collect Howard Terpning oil paintings. oy. Our son Phil has a master¿s degree in microbiology but works for a computer software company helping companies with special needs for their business. His wife has a master¿s degree in communication and works for Microsoft in Seattle, WA. They have given is one grand daughter so far, Sahara. We have very close friends for 27 years that we see and get together with often. We travel together, play cards, have dinner parties, ride motorcycles, share joys and sorrows. Two couples own adjoining property to ours in CO. They already have their homes completed and plan to retire there too. The one thing we have all come to understand is: the bottom line for a good life evolves around family and friends.
My Mother passed away April 21, 2007. She lived in Ferguson in the same home for the past 56 years. May she rest in peace.
