Howard's Story
Hello everyone,
I'll start by explaining why my LAST name is different than it was in high school: I changed it because McNeill was never my family name. My late father's name was Votoro SANTOS. I always wanted to change it to honor him but never found the time or opportunity to do so. When I graduated from high school it was one of the first things that I wanted to do...so I did.

I live in Durham, NC. I love Durham, despite the negative press that it tends to get. I've lived here since 1991. It is close enough for me to come back to Raeford, where most of my family still resides, and far enough away for me to constantly be exposed to new things.
