Hugh's Story

Hugh is from Dorval, Quebec. He is married with Shirley Lee. His schools include Lachine High School, Courtland Park Elementary School. He later attended University of King's College (BSc), Dalhousie University (B.Ed). He works(ed) at Dalhousie University, World Maritime Univerisity, University of the South Pacific, Fiji Islands.
