Ilene's Story
Hi classmates,
Yes, I am still in the area too. I missed our 10 year reunion because I was in labor with my first child at.
I moved back to Rockaway not to long after, but after 5 years, I had to sell the house after divorcing my(Player)husband(from Morris Knolls HS)who I was married to for 15 year, and then shortly afterwards, losing my Government contract position at Picatinny which was bought out by an ALASKAN company.
Well, 4.5 years later I am engaged to be married to an old friend, who also went to Morris Hills, and I have never been happier in my life.
Having a daughter in Highschool makes me wish I could do highschool all over again....of course it would be better this time. I was never as active in the school as I am now.

I have been through a lot over the years after highschool, from seizures (causing me to have to leave Architectural school) to illnesses and divorce later on until now.
For those of you who knew my brother, much older brother, Ron, (many of you had siblings that were friendly with him), he was injured with permanent brain damage over 5 years ago and life has not been the same for any of us since. He was very established, family and beautiful home in South NJ. I have learned that all the money in the world can't recover all head trauma and bring back memories, so rich or poor....in the long run...it does not matter.
So try to enjoy life a little.
