Ina's Story
Ina is from Silver Spring, Maryland. She is married. Her schools include Springbrook High School. She later attended University of MD (Alpha Xi Delta Alum, the voice). Received Masters in Educational Administration from a Trinity College. Retired from MCPS teaching music at 31 years. after retirement, managed a Family Medical Practice. Retired fully in 2014. Ina's interests include Singing, Piano, Cooking/Baking, Entertaining Friends, Music, country living. TV shows she likes include Dancing With the Stars, Grey's Anatomy, The Big Bang Theory. Schools 2002-worked 31 years..taught at Springbrook HS, Gaithersburg HS, Farquhar Middle School and Belt Jr. High. Major-Voice..Performed as soloist throughout my career...Dinner Theater, Washington Chorus, Oratorio Society, Masterworks; Church soloist;Taught private voice and piano.
After retirement, adopted two older unrelated boys from the Ukraine. They are now 17 and 18.
Now manage my spouse's medical practice. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 parrots, 3 geese and a duck. Love theater..movies. Cooking..good restaurants, entertaining and reading and of course all kind of music. Pink Martini to opera.".
