VIsited my mother over a year ago just before lockdown in March...Dave and I are going to surprise my mother on Monday...she celebrated her 99th birthday in March!!!

Well crap .. another one bites the dust...

Kept my mind off the news today by finishing my quilt top...going to add another six inch border of print...heading online to Hancock Fabrics to pick something out!!!
Looked closely at my Vince Pitelka platter...realized he had used a stamp with his initials...haha!! This was a sample from a workshop, he usually soda fires, this one was electric with an Amaco celadon...oh, and the grill
Since we can't go to Harrison Hot Springs, I made believe and had a nice hot bath looking out at the snow coming down at home...almost as delightful!!!
Asked for a bacon blue cheese burger without a bun...server asked if I wanted a lettuce wrap...hell yeah!!! First "real" burger in a year and a half!!!!
