Iris's Story
How time flies! I married Mike Lauro ('67 Chalmette grad) 42 years ago; we have one son who practices law in Little Rock, where we lived for 25 years. I attended the University of AR and earned a B.A. and a Masters in Applied Psych. I worked in HR management for many years, then became a motivational speaker and author of a self-help book. ! I lived for 3 years in Ft. Worth (a great place!), then on the Jersey Shore, just outside NYC--loved it! 3 1/2 yrs ago we moved to Tampa Bay. My parents, along with my brother and his family (all lived in St. Bernard), moved away after Katrina. I wonder if we'll ever have a reunion again.
