Gavin's Story

Since High School I have been in the Pest Management Industry. I have made a great living doing this and continue to do so as Irlyn and I prepare for the next step, Vineyard owners and Winemaker. My wife, Irlyn Davis(Class of 1978) and I love to travel. We make regular trips that include visits to wine country; Italy, CA, AZ, TX where ever. So anything to do with growing, harvesting, fermenting, tasting and well anything and everything about Wine! We will be purchasing land in the Willcox area and grow grapes for our wines. we source grapes from Arizone and California vineyards. Check out our wines in the near future, Gallifant Cellars....yumm!! Irlyn and I met at the Class of 75's Reunion and were married 7 months later. We have 7 kids between us! We've worked our butts off for 30 years, raised our kids "mostly" and we look forward to watching the vines grow and the barrels make that wonderful nectar, "Wine". We hope to see you sometime, maybe at our Winery and Tasting Room in Willcox, AZ at GallifantCellars.com or Willcox Winery opening June of 2011!
