Ismael's Story

I've lived in Hobbs since 1962, moving here from Albuquerque. After high school I went into the US Navy, Marines, then naval reserve, and then national guard after they closed the reserve center in Carlsbad. ince then. I am currently married to Maria Luna and have enjoyed being with her for past 40 years. I've met a lot of great people as a nurse and had the opportunity to care for some of my friends from school. As a nurse I provide end of life care for terminal patients, so sometimes it can be a not so happy occasion. But I would do it all over again.
