JAMES K's Story
Hello, I didn't graduate with ya'll. I did do my Freshman year at PHS. Graduated from Southmore Jr. High, and attended Grammer school at St. Pious Catholic. I moved to Covington Louisiana the summer of '59. Graduated High School there in '63. Went to College for a year at USL Lafayette. Then SLC at Hammond La.
After that I spent 18 months working offshore La. Oil fields. Moved to Dallas TX, worked for Bill Decker at Dallas Co. Sheriff's Office till '73. Got married, then back to La. Oil fields. Back to Dallas w/wife and 2 ...Expand for more
children in '82. Worked Frieght docks till '89.
Went to work for City of Allen TX and retired in '14. I now reside in a VERY small farming community, Gober, Tx. We have a Post Office and one Stop Sign. I call it Little L.A.. I have 2 children, 6 grand children and 4 great grandchildren. I'm happily retired and have chickens, guineas, and 4 cats. I regularly participate in my NDN Tribal
Functions and make NDN Dance Regalia as a hobby. Best of all I celebrate The "Way" as instructed by Jesus, His Hebrew name being Yehshua.
