Life
Dropped the last name after my mom died, that is the main question I get from classmates. I am not running from the law or mob, it was something I talked about for years. Bernie and I were in the Torrance courthouse dealing with the probate after my mom died in '94 and he filled out the form before we saw the judge and decided to drop the last name and go with the middle. onounce correctly as well as for everyone else.
Anyhow, I was married in '97, have two kids, Jack in '99 and Mia in '02, we have a very nice yet dumb dog, and we rebuilt our home in '04 and live in North Redondo Beach. I took over my father's real estate appraisal business after he passed away in '03 and the main office is in downtown Manhattan Beach.
I got suckered into helping Ami Hovland plan the 15 year reunion one night at the race track after a few too many beers. I said I would be glad to help and, voila, I am still at it for the 20th.
