Jack's Story
I am now living in Evansville Indiana and have been over 20 years now. I went in the navy after high
school. Thinking I was safe I ended up in Viet Nam for a single tour. Yes the Navy was still there
patrolling. I worked in "naval intelligence" and no it really is not an oximoron. I almost went to work
for the CIA when they approached me when I was getting ready to be discharged. Instead, moved
back home to Tulsa
While on leave between commands I came back home and met this little girl. I wasn't even looking.
We have celebrated 36 years of marriage.. We have 2 kids one living here the other living in
Tulsa. Joshua was in the Air Force...I spent 10 years in the NAVY. NAVSTA KEFLAVIK

aching in different settings and I enjoy that a great deal. My wife is a saint and an angel.
She has to be being married to me all these years. Trust me, I have given here reasons not to
stay, but she sees things in me that I am just now getting to see. That is freeing. My daughter
lives in Evansville. She has a lot of her mother...and uuhh me. A great daughter with great kids.
Bayleigh, my favorite grand daughter in Indiana and Tyler ...my favorite grand son. She married
Clint who is good for her...he is my son not just an "in law".
No matter how things may appear for you now...trust me...you will get through every storm. I know
for a fact.
I have been in broadcasting nearly 40 years as an engineer and tv/radio personality at various
stations including TULSA, JACKSONVILLE, NORFOLK, AND EVANSVILLE INDIANA. I do
