Jack's Story
Well,when i graduated from Oceana,I started to college at Skyline Jr. I decided pretty quick that I wanted to do something different than that.I dropped out after only a couple of months.I went to work for a house moving company,myself and Allen Bell.While working for this co.,I was injured in a work place accident,I was pinned under a house and almost broke my neck.I wore a neck brace for quite a while.While I was wearing the neck brace I started dating Linda Saltzman.When I was released to go back to work I went to work selling magazines.I was doing pretty good at that,but Linda wanted me to do something more dependable.So I ended up going to work for the post office.Shortly after I went to work fo p.o. Linda and I were married,June of 1970.In Aug. of 1970 I quit the P.O. I then ended up going to work for Spaldings,the sportings good comp. shipping and recieving manager,and ened up eventually becoming manger.I finally after 6 years decided I was tired of the seasonal work and ended up moving back to where I originally came from,
OKLAHOMA.Where I have lived for the last 27 years except for a short 7 years that I moved to southern calif. where I lived with my second wife Brenda.Now I am back living in good old Oklahoma.I have been back here for a year now,and have been,on a Dr's enforced,disability.When I moved back here in May of 2007,I could do almost anything that I wanted,yes I did have some problems with my artheritis but could still do almost anything.Now ,I am having problems with my legs ,they are getting weaker all the time.I have been having dizzy spells,and fighting high blood pressure.The Dr's have been so far unable to find out why! So now I am fighting to get on soc. sec. disability and have had no luck.That is where Jack is at this time.
