Fire Chief, City of Sandy Springs, GA 2006-2014. Earned AA in Fire Science from Montgomery College (1974), BS and MS in Fire Science Administration and MPA from University of New Haven, CT (1984 and 1987). Married to Joyce (Whalen) Mcelfish. One daughter, Kelly who lives in COLORADO with our one grandson, Jack Robert. Working as consultant for 1-800-BOARDUP Restoratation company. Like in Lawrenceville, GA.
