Jackie's Story
Life
I am probably one of the happiest/luckiest people you will meet. I have been blessed with two healthy, beautiful daughters, a great husband of 23 years, a job that I enjoy going to each day and many wonderful family and friends. In general, I am very blessed! I have the pleasure of teaching Academically Talented students (grades 3 and 4) and I also teach the hearing impaired students in my district. My days are full, but I feel so content when I go home at night. My daughers are Tori (age 19) and Laci (16) and I couldn't be prouder. Both are juniors, Tori in college (Grand Valley State in Michigan) and Laci in High School at BBCHS in our town. for 23 years. I am very involved at school, but also in the community as the chairman for the Bradley Fire and Police Commission. I can't believe I have been in this position for the last seven years. In terms of education, I have two masters degrees and am a National Board Certified Teacher. I really value education and if we weren't paying for our daughter's education, I would be back in school getting a doctorate degree. Someday I hope! I love learning!
I am so excited for the 30th class reunion and plan to be there. I hope to meet again everyone that I was close to in high school and everyone that I didn't have the pleasure of getting to know!
The older I get, the more I realize that you can never have enough friends! I look forward to rekindling old friendships and making new ones! See you in July of 2007
