Jackie's Story
Surprise, surprise. I spent 20 years singing. Did some stuff overseas when my husband was in the military, then in Washington DC. Mostly early music, solo and small group concerts. I have 2 kids (Kristine, 20) and (Lawrence,18) Been on TV alot with performing... not what its cracked up to be. Sang for both Bush's at Lincoln center benefits, and performed 5 times at Kennedy center honors. My favorite place to sing is at the national mall on the 4th of july. What a blast!! been good. Had some serious health issues with family members, but staying strong. I married a geek...he's a systems integration engineer for Lockheed Martin. we should be relocating to Denver some time in 09. I can't wait to get out of Washington. EVERYBODY is political- its tiring. I need a cabin in the mountain and 20 acres...don't we all? I get homesick from time to time, and I'm home to see my folks as soon as the season is over, usually in late June, early July.
