Jacob's Story
Life
Lately, I find myself doing a bit of everything. I work as the Director of Physical & Massage Therapy for a group of Medical Clinics in San Antonio, Universal City & Floresville, TX.
While I love my job and my patients, my true passion is cooking/baking. I have attended classes in Paris, FR, Florence, IT and Zurich, SW, as well as, around the US. Taking what I have learned, I create one of a kind cake, as well as knock-off cakes from other chefs. I also cater, offering an assortment of French, Italian and Chinese/Thai meals.
A friend and I are working on opening a bakery in San Antonio that focuses on the Avant Garde pastry, stuff that you only see on TV, New York or in the elite pastry shoppes in Europe.

in acute or constant pain, I'm the person to look-up and visit. I have an elite clientele in San Antonio, and would love to have some of my former classmates included as my "elite and special" clients, so look me up!
I am sorry that I don't have a photo to offer at this time, and the reason for that is because my body is undergoing a metamorphosis. After a long fight with my weight, I finally did what I thought at one time was unthinkable, and had gastric bypass surgery. I just completed one-year post surgery on January 19, 2006. To date, I have lost an astounding 140 pounds and while the effects are wonderful, my body is on a constant battle with the acclimation process. Heck, you loose 100+ pounds in a short amount of time and you will know what I am going through.
