Jacque's Story
Life
My Spouse
Clarence and I met while I was working as a waitress. He is a dietitian and has been working at the Tulare District Hospital the last 5 years. He will be relocating to the Indio, CA area and looking for a new job. He would love to work as a consultant for a golf association, as golfing is his passion!
My Pets
Taylor is a welsh corgy. She is getting old and limps around when her arthritis bothers her. She is so funny. She loves to take an empty plastic flower pot in her mouth and toss it up in the air then grabs it, restles around and growles at it. She will entertain herself for about 20 minutes with this game. She will be staying in the Hanford area with Sam's girlfriend who will make a nice home for her.
My Kids
Joy was born in 1978, married and living in Anchorage. She and Eric have 2 children. Christopher was born in 2001 and Emily was born in 2004. Being a grandparent is great!
Sam is 24, single, loves to "hang out" with his friends. He lives in Sacramento. I think he has hi...Expand for more
s head in the clouds most of the time, and loves to sing and play his guitar. He is taking college classes at Sac City College.
Elizabeth is 21 and has a baby girl, Kyleigh Abbygale. Beth currently lives with us, but will be getting her own place next month.
My Job
I am an RN. I worked 7 years in our local hospital. I worked in Med Surg for a couple years, then in women's service for 5.5 years. I worked in home health for one year, the paper work about killed me! Now I work for the State of California in a men's prison. I am in charge of the yard clinic 5.5 days a week, and get weekends and holidays off. This is the first time I have had this kind of 'kick back' schedule, and I love it.
I recently transferred to a prison in Riverside County, CA. This move is to be closer to my aging mother. We have sold our house in Hanford, and are buying my mother's mobil home. My sister Karyl, and her husband Bert came down from washington to visit. They are helping me do some repairs and painting. It's fun!
