Jacqueline's Story
i have come a long way since 1966...I mean that literally...about 2000 miles. I have lived in California's SF Bay Area since 1988. All of my children live out here and have given me seven really 'grand' grandchildren. Prior to moving out here I graduated from Stephen F Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Texas State Teaching license and taught special education and elementary school for six years. nd member service representative. I miss Texas but I am root bound here in California. No way am I leaving kids and grandkids to move back to Texas...2000 miles away. Besides, I love this climate, the mountains and living near the ocean. I love Texas too, the open spaces, the changing seasons, stormy skies...lightning storms...rolling thunder and the bluebonnets...but home is where the heart is and my family is my heartbeat.
