Jacqueline's Story
Hopefully, as a person who lived life on life's terms and had fun doing it.
I always wanted to be a Architect when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were surprised when I ended up enlisting in the Marine Corps.
I cannot live without my swedish massages, chai tea lattes from Starbucks and "waiting to exhale" moments with good friends.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have an office with a window view, my laptop, and my ipod with all my favorite tunes to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
If I had a hero, it would have to be my daughter. She is absolutely amazing.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Steph S., because we just clicked.
I rarely miss an episode of "So you think You Can Dance" It inspires me to shake my groove thang!
The thing i've learned from my daughter is to be fearless and go after what you want in life.
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to my daughter, then spend the rest on setting up a foundation, creating scholarships and of course, getting a brand new...Expand for more
black Range Rover.
My current age is 49 1/2. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be boring. I was so completely wrong, we ROCK!!
I'm already 13 years retired from the military and currently am a Director of a Non Profit Organization in D.C.
My best friend would tell you I'm the sweetest person you'll ever meet, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as stuck up.
Overall, I like the classic style as opposed to fashion fads. Let me just say that I will always love blue jeans and tee shirts, no matter what styles are in.
I have letters framed from children I visited in Ethiopia. They were so loving and had the biggest smiles I've ever seen. This was one of many countries I've been fortunate enough to travel to and make a difference in a child's life. It brings me great joy!
So, I recently got remarried and am about to turn 50 and I am so excited because I know that my latter will be greater than my former! What else can I say, I'm just loving life and looking forward to the great things God has for me concerning my future!
