Life
I've been married 47 years, have one daughter and a little Pomeranian named Emma-Lee. We live about 25 miles west of Chicago. I started my own dollhouse and miniatures "hobby business" about 30 years ago, and do design work, write 'how to' books, lecture, teach workshops, and sell handcrafted miniatures at shows in the midwest and Florida (we have a little place on the Florida Gulf where we stay for the winters). Who would have ever guessed I would be in the 'dollhouse' business.....certainly not me! I just fell into it by accident.

did love cars. Now days I just take it easy, enjoy working in the yard, although the knees are getting old, watch a little TV, and do a dollhouse/miniatures show about once a month, just to stay busy. I belong to a couple miniatures clubs and we are always working on projects. I also do therapy work with Emma-Lee. She won her AKC Championship, and then I worked obedience with her and got her International Therapy Dogs certificate. We visit with the VA hospital and local nursing homes in our area. It's very rewarding. We have a nice active, but relatively quiet life, and have been pretty healthy for old folks.........
