Jacquelyn's Story
I have been very busy since graduation, I lived in Houston for 18 years, then moved back to Toledo, (after I came home for the reunion in 1998). My Mom was ill which is what made me decide to move back to Toledo. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in Dec. of 1998 and had surgery in Apr. of 1999. The lab diagnosis was sarcoidosis. as the director of a preschool (big mistake, I didn't recuperate long enough). My Mom died in 2001, and the preschool closed. I got divorced in 2003 and had another brain surgery the same year. My brother, Brent was killed by a hit-skip driver in 2004. In 2006, my Dad died, and in 2007, my ex- husband of 32 yrs. died. I am now on disability, but grateful to be alive.
