Jacquelyn's Story
After graduating from SJS in 1969 i worked at Underwriters Laboratories in Santa Clara for
30+ years. Retired in 2003 and decided to leave San Jose for the old fashioned pace
of Decatur GA (suburb of Atlanta) in 2004. Decatur reminds me of San Jose when it
was still part of Santa Clara Valley instead of Silicon Valley. . .
Arrived just in time to greet my first grandson, Cal and meet eldest grandchild, Ruby.
In the years since, have added second grandson, Max, to my heart's' treasure chest.

c (must be in the genes!).
Still a big Bay Area sports fan(attic ) I have passed on my love for baseball and
the Giants to my grandkids. . . much to their mother, Nicole's, dismay. Have discovered
the world of antiques while still always carrying a book with me wherever I go.
Was able to travel through my job the last few years and have continued to visit
as many of the states as I can because of my love of US History. (Thanks to Mr. Walsh)
Still have several of the Southern states to see -- ideal trip would be a cruise on a riverboat
down the Mississippi River from St Louis to New Orleans.
