Hi everyone. I left California in 1973 to stay with my grandmother in Oklahoma. I went to school in Paris Texas for Computer Science then moved to Dallas Texas to find work. I have been in the Dallas area ever since. At one point I was a Senior Programmer for the Federal Reserve Bank but then decided to get into consulting in 1984. I am still consulting, predominately in the banking industry. I have been in this career over 30 years and it has been very good to me. I have two children who are grown. My daughter, Cherissa, lives nearby and has blessed me with 2 grandsons. She freelances in web design and her husband Roy is a successful insurance salesman. My son, Phil, is a newly graduated trucker and is moving to Texas from Fallbrook California. He expects to marry his long time girl friend, Colleen in October. As for me, I left a failed marriage in California. I finally got the marriage thing right when I married my husband Harry. He is also a consultant in the computer industry.
