OK, you may not have guessed this from knowing me in high school, but I've gone off of the deep end. I used to swim in the deep end of Birdland Pool just across the river from where I grew up, mostly, but this is really the "deep end". I live in a travel trailer on nearly 40 acres of juniper treed land in NE Arizona. I'm 8 miles down the road from the south entrance to the Petrified Forest National Park. And SE of Holbrook, which is on I 40 (Route 66), on US 180, and another 6 miles off of the road.

PS The coyotes are quite friendly if not socialable.
PPS If you want to go skiing there's Sunrise just 80 miles down the road through Show Low and on to the Apache Reservation. The Apaches are also quite friendly and I love to go skiing. I have 2901 characters left on my space and don't know what to say, but if you ring me up we can chat about old and new times and we'll far surpass that I'll betcha.
