James's Story

Happily Married. Together we have 6 children. Two sons & four daughters all six are married. We are now counting grandchildren. Ten boys and nine girls. We have a grandson who is 22 and the oldest. And our youngest is a girl age 2.. Five are now away attending 3 different universities. In January we will add one more.. After High School I attended college in South Eastern Oklahoma. In 1969 I joined the Marines. I have now started a new ch...Expand for more
apter in my life. After 31 years & 5 months I hung up my tool belt and climbers,and retired from AT&T.My last day was march 30th 2012. My wife retired the following June from teaching. We have also made our move from Covina Calif. to Elk Grove in July of 2013. We are enjoying the retired life style. Last August we took a trip to Alaska. The weather was perfect. We no longer take vacations. That’s what working people do. We take trips.
