Life
I was born in Memphis, Tennessee on April 3, 1938. I attended school in Memphis until I graduated from Messick in 1956. I attended the University of Tennessee,then moved to California in 1961. I attended the University of Southern California and graduated with my MS in 1971. I left the aerospace industry for 17 years when I ran my own business in Long Beach, California. ry in 1985 when I went to work for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Company in Long Beach, California as a Senior Research Engineer. I married in 1963 and had two sons, one born in 1964(Jim) and the other in 1968(Bill). While working for McDonnell-Douglas, I was transferred to St. Louis, Missouri in 1990, where we lived for almost 7 years. I was then transferred to Mesa, Arizona in 1997, and I retired in 1999. After retirement from the aerospace industry, I taught pre-school for two years. I currently reside in Mesa, Arizona.
