Jim's Story
Life
Now living in Houston. Can't imagine living anywhere else. Retired, and doing volunteer work. Have become a community radio DJ at Pacifica station KPFT, 90.1FM. Produce "After Hours", every Saturday night at midnight'til 3AM (CST) and airs live on the net. I'm in a committed relationship (25 years this Pride Day in June!) Have travelled a lot on the past (Europe), but Hawaii is my favorite place - we try to go every year.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, as well as his partner of 32 years, Dr. Stanley Pier. He leaves behind a sister and a brother.
Jimmy never legally married as he was gay and leaves no children. When he came to Houston in the 1970s, he worked for Tenneco as a purchasing agent.
