James's Story

Its hard to believe that 30 years have passed. I have great memories of basketball, student council, Sadie Hawkins dances and very few dates. I was shy. Since YHS, I graduated from University of Redlands in 1982 along with Gary Downs and Melissa Townley. I then moved to Denver, Colorado to attend graduate school at Denver Seminary. In the process I met and married my wife Valerie (21 years this August). We have three great and tall kids- Audrey, 16, Janae, 12 and Garr...Expand for more
ett, 8. We live in Broomfield, Colorado, just north of Denver at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. I have had a great and blessed life. I recently celebrated 34 years of faith in Jesus Christ and nearly 30 years in ministry. Currently, I serve as the President of the Rocky Mountain Family Council (visit our web site at rmfc.org). We do marriage and family education all over the Rocky Mountain region. I have also served for 22 years as a Navy chaplain... Blessings, Jim.
