James's Story

Life I am about to realize my life ambition - and that is to work for myself. I have invested in a small, established company in my chosen field - international logistics - and, while I don't own a majority of the company, I feel I can truly say I am working for myself and not someone else. Life, on the whole has been pretty good. Married to the same gal for 36 years, 2 great daughters, and the most awsome 3 grandkids anyone could ask for. ircus - once it's in your blood - you just have to go with it. I now own my own business, and, while we're not setting the world on fire - we've damn sure lit the match. Military The questionaire didn't ask the right questions, and didn't have the right answers. I served 10 years in the Army Reserves, and was discharged as SFC E-7. I had 3 years of ROTC in high school - I graduated in 1964 - remember? The handwriting was on the wall, so to speak. JFK was already sending troops to Viet Nam, and I didn't want to get my lil butt shot off - so I joined the Reserves. Ever able-bodied, able-minded male who claims U. S. residencey should have to spend at least one year on active duty - it truly does make one a man.
