James is from Bossier City, Louisiana. James is married with Susan Ellstrom. James's schools include Valencia High School. James later attended graduated from Fullerton College, Park University, Webster University, Nova University, and Western State School of Law.

Was married to Susan Stewart in 1981 and we have been together every since Love that gal!! We have one Daughter Angel and five beautiful grandchildren Brandon, Kengel, Ariel, Angel Robin, and Trey.
In 1993 became 100% Disabled Veteran.
