Judith quit Denison in 1990, became a professional mediator and psychological counsellor and has made quite a successful practice. I started an on-line business in 1994, too early for the Internet, undercapitalized, and perhaps I lacked the mental and emotional flexibility and persistence to succeed; shut it down in 1997 and went back to consulting. Now building a corporate financial consulting practice under the name CFO On Call. Since the financial devastation of the failed on-line business, I am viewing myself as needing to work for another twenty years, so am actively building the business, strengthening myself through weight-lifting and aerobics, and feeling optimistic about the future. My health and energy level are great, thank goodness! Lots, lots more to say about interior life, eccentricities, the wonders of renewed relationships with my children, the mystery of growth in marriage, and so on.
