James's Story
Well, my life is kinda like Lord of the Rings only I'm the only short person. It has been filled with many adventures great and small; some good - some not so good, but together they have brought me here. I'm guessing this is where I'm supposed to be. Since the days of UHS I have seen a third of the world through the eyes of the enlisted in the United States Navy, gotten married to a friend, made a bunch of friends, had a son, lost some friends, divorced a stranger, and managed to live through it all. (These things are not all related and are in no particular order.) I've buildt two homes in the last decade, one just my twin brother and I and a some power tools. I feel I have accomplished a great deal, and learned many important lessons along the way.

Today I find myself at the crossroads of mid-life. There are many aspects of my life in a state of transition right now, that should be culminating in the near future. Many decisions are afoot. My world is my son, the love of my life, and her girls and all else are risidual.
I pride myself on being a person whose friends know they can count on and lean on. Honor and loyalty should be the forefront of every facet of life, and that trait will be apparent in the character of person I choose to involve in my life.
I find that communication is the key to interaction in everything we do as human beings. I don't beleive that ends with speech. I think communication is an entire environment not just words. What you say, how you say it, when, where, Individually, internally, spiritually... period.
I beleive people should be honest and sincere. I don't do drama, I don't BS people, and I am pretty good at telling people how I see things. I am not one to sugar coat my replies.
I am an open book. Everything I have done in my life was a choice I made, and I will never be ashamed of anything I have or will ever do. We would all be in a better place, in my opinion, if more people were this way. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
