James's Story
Took an early buyout from FedEx Express as a senior manager living in Memphis, Tennessee and working out of their world headquarters. At FedEx I was pretty much the real life version of Tom Hank's FedEx character in the movie "Castaway" so it was nonstop traveling and I loved what I did all the time. ut the buyout was just too good so I took it and moved back to California. Now I run a regional arts council which is really, really fun. I've moved out to the country and have land and horses and a new wife thirteen years younger than me. (When we were graduating from Cordova, she was five years old. That is so weird.)
