John's Story
Now:
Living in Santa Cruz. I am 2 blocks from the board walk and walk to the wharf everyday before work. tings are not what I expected out of life but it will do. Playing music at night out on the streets for the fun of it. Still working in Sunnyvale so I get to drive 17 everyday. Wow I made 60, never thought I would be here.
Life
Getting a divorce from my wife after 22 years. I guess life just moves on and we moved in different directions.
Past

been all over the world with my old job in the oil fields, glad to be out of that.
Now I design the gps systems that go in new cars to help people get from place to place.
Workplace
I am an R&D engineer at Trimble Navigation, been there for about 4 years now. Gee everybody is looking for me to come up with the new ideas, that is a completely scary thought. I get to do my own thing most of the time mostly research and design of future technology.
