James's Story

Dear Audience:
I am a 39 year old American currently living in the UK with my British wife and have just completed a four year degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Leeds, followed by a one year full-time MBA.
Before undertaking these qualifications I spent ten years in the United States Coast Guard as a Informations Systems Technician which led to starting my own telecommunications company.
I retired at the age of 32, am very happily married, and spend my time working on the farm cottage that...Expand for more
Catherine and I bought in North Yorkshire, built in 1693 with a completion date still slipping away.
There are about thirty five horses on our farm which looks up onto the Armscliff Craig. We also have pigs, chickens (which I see have jumped the coup again) cows and sheep. A small farm from those around us.
