James's Story

Life I graduated from Culinary school and worked as an Executive Chef for the Rattlesnake Club Corp. for 4 years. I have worked as a professional chef in Santa Fe NM, Sarasota FL, HiltonHead SC, Phoenix AZ, CherryHill NJ, and Los Angeles CA,. Detroit, MI as a self employed networking/computer consultant. Went back in the Chef biz as Executive Chef of the Sierra Grande Lodge & Spa and owned a small restaurant in the same town for two years (closed in 2003). Ditched the Chef gig again for reasons stated earlier, I am now back into the IT biz again and loving it. The company just went public and is now international. Hope your all doing well !!!
