Update at 8/20/21:
I wrote the profile below a few years back. Since then, like many of you, I have endured the loss of loved ones, the constant battle to survive Cancer and the joy of being with a Grandchild. Best way to keep the bad things from overwhelming us is to stay active.

The reason for the update is to give this advice: If you can, only, walk a short distance or lift light weights, do it. Your mental attitude and physical condition will improve. Wishing all my classmates a long and healthy retirement.
I hope that anyone who shows an interest in me will know that, as a guy, I get it now. It is not all about me. Most of us are near sociopaths as young men and it takes time to develop empathy and ethics.
The work in progress is heading the right way.
