James's Story

Left the cities for Bemidji State in '71. Graduated with BS (hmmmmm)in Mass Communications. Worked in commercial radio since 1972 ending up at the Minnesota News Network for 18 years and leaving as VP Programming when the company was sold in 2004. Now have a marketing, advertising and production company called Neon Parrot Productions, Inc....Expand for more
Have four children with Bonnie Smith, another 71 West High grad after we got reaquainted at BSU. We're no longer together. Also have a very smart 5 year old grandson, named Damion. Still play some tennis (not enough), run 5 or 6 days a week (or ride the bike) and love to spend time on my 06 Harley Low Rider. Loving life and it's changes.
